At Najran, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you have over-ordered and wish to return a single item within one week of purchase, we are happy to offer a refund. However, please note that there are certain terms and conditions that apply. 

 

We will not exchange, refund or give credit note for special orders, made to measure items, concrete products, cement aggregates, or bottled gas (even if purchased incorrectly). Additionally, we will not refund over-ordered materials, so please ensure that you calculate your needs correctly before making a purchase. 

 

If we agree to any refund, it will be at our sole discretion, and you will need to bring the item back to the store on your own transport in its original condition and packaging without any damage. Please note that there will be a 20% handling charge, and payment will be made back to the original payment method.
